Mmm. deliverables, good question.

I deliver JPEGS, via my website. I output (using Bridge's Image Processer) high-res AdobeRGB images that are about 3000 x 2000 pixels, and then low-res versions, sRGB, about 900 pixels on the long side. I zip these up and upload them to client folders on my website, where they can download.
