Oikku, you portraits are amazing and an inspiration! I would love to take 1/2 as good of shots as those. Elette, your drawings are wonderful, I can see how they caught on so quickly.
I would like to get into animal photography, as, well, I like animals better than people most of the time
I am pretty good at horse photography, but I know what people are looking for. It is much harder with each breed of dog, how they are to be stacked, how they want them captured when moving ect; I am going to work on that. My friend shows great danes and chinese cresteds(her SIX year old is burning up the conformation rings with her chinese crested bitch, is beating pro handlers and has won 3 minors and one major!) We are going to take the dogs out to the lake and experiment with stacked photos and some portrait style ones
Here is one I was lucky to catch of my daughter and our whippet. The couch is really busy and clashes with her dress, I do like how it turned out though at least the exposure and expression. Too bad my couch isn't alot more conservative
