For Worm and jfrancho, First let me say i haven't seen eye candy like this HDR stuff since i plugged my xbox360 into my new LCD TV

. With that said i have a question for you guys. I only have the Nikon D40 which does not have bracketing so last night after work i tried taking 3 raw photos from my tripod and remote so i could play with this HDR stuff. But i had to touch my camera after each picture to change the exposure and I'm sure that made some kind of movement i cant have. Anyway I was reading a post on Flickr and someone said they just shoot one shot in raw then save it in 3 different exposures jpeg or tiffs! Is this feasible? Would this work just for learning this technique? if not do you suggest any other way to use my d40 for HDR pictures?
Thanks a ton guys! Jason i loved your HDR tutorial's you showed me a few photoshop things i didn't know along with the HDR stuff of course
