There could be a lot of reasons for that. If you have 'lite' speed internet, instead of high speed, it could cause that. Or it could be that you need to clear your browser's cache, etc.
You may want to try clearing the 'flash cache' too. When the video starts, right click on it, go to 'settings'. It will open a dialogue box with a few tabs across the bottom. Click the tab with the picture of the folder on it. You'll see a slider asking you how much information you want the website to store on your computer. Drag it all the way to the left, then hit close. Right click again, click 'settings', go back to that same 'folder' tab, and drag it back to the middle. That should clear the flash cache, and resolve the issue (if that's what's causing it).
Otherwise I would recommend hitting pause on the video once it starts loading, let it buffer for a minute or so, and then hit play.
