I've gotten my test prints from them and liked them a lot. I understand that for printing purposes that a high quality jpeg will print as good as the master tiff, but why do they require you send level 10 jpegs when photoshop will save them as level 12 jpegs. Not a big deal really, curiosity just has the best of me.
