"Soon" is a relative term, I guess. It's actually scheduled for Q2 in 2008, AFTER the release of Vista SP1 and Windows Server 2008 (aka Longhorn). It also won't be much more than a collection of all of the hotfixes that have been released since SP2 almost three years ago.
