Worm324 - Scotty is a Hairless Chinese Crested. He is what they call a "hairy hairless" which is why he probably looks a bit like he is suffering from hair loss. He is a rescue that I couldn't refuse taking in (especially after seeing he has a pink heart on his chest). This what his brother looks like...a typical hairless:
