There is a major difference between cropping to format and resizing. One commonly heard complaint is from people who loved the 4x6 and can't understand why the lab cropped off the ends of the 8x10. Labs certainly can handle file sizing but format driven cropping has to be done by a human eye or by chance. I prefer eye.
Sorry, aam, I guess the football helmet fooled me as to your location but the suggestion that you can get instructions from the lab stands. They even list an email address for questions not covered. Keep us posted how your prints come out.
