Keith, I'm probably opening a can of warms here, but have you considered shooting Jpeg. You can still edit them.
Only drawback I can think of is WB. And with a hectic wedding a CWB may not be feasible.
If not, and as Max suggested, why not go straight from Raw to jpeg.
