Anyone have a lowepro Vertex 200 or 300 AW ? What are your feedbacks on it ?

I want to load

Canon 30D + BG
17-40 w Hood
135
Tamron SP90
580EX
Planning on a 70-200 IS
Tripod Head

Probably the 300AW may be a little big, but comments and feedbacks are greatly appreciated. Water resistant is a bonus
