I am asking again about the cut-off time for voting on the selective focus contest. I know the voting began early, so when does it end? Is it the 29th? If so, what time do you use? Does it end at the end of the day (midnight) on the 29th? Or does it end at midnight on the 28th when the date changes to the 29th? And what time zone do you use? I am in the USA on Eastern time.
