I'd say Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom (Walt Disney World) in Orlando, FL has got to be in the top 5. Considering the thousands of people that go by it every day, each needing their picture in front of the Castle, plus the Disney photographers taking the photos of half of the people that go by it -- it's photographed A LOT. New York sites might be high in the list, but the disadvantage they have is that they have too many locals that just go by them as everyday objects to be ignored. Cinderella Castle would be closer to 95% tourists from all over the world.
I agree with Niagara Falls being pretty high up there. Along with Eiffel Tower and Old Faithful.
