I am sure Bob will be able to answer any questions you have -- he's pretty good -- It is a relatively new product and not too many people do high end large events - so true there are not to many discussion groups out there -- There has been a rebate on it from day one so I don't forsee any changes - but who knows --

For 4x6 prints I am at $15 - $20 for 5x7 -- and if I had to per unit price it -- about $5 for keychains after the cost of the keychains themselves -- if you have any questions -- feel free to give me a shout -- good luck!
