Default Re: Good photo managing/organizing programme for Mac?

I do photomanupulation in photoshop..that's what it does best.

My workflow

Shoot images, raw, ( I find iView slower with jpegs, but smokes through raw and psd files)
Download cards using iview which catalogs, creates thumbs as it downloads.
Rename using iview ( session date-frame number)
transfer from studio machine to photoshop machine over network..using iview ( I don't loose client selects this way)
use iview to create custom html galleries for on-line proof selection.
customer selects are opened in photoshop. psd files are cataloged in iview so that i can keep track of versions/ prints selects
prints made, delevered, files backed up, to DVD.
The file numbers, session numbers, DVD name, thumbs are all imported into master iView catalog so that I can find files for reprints.

The program isn't perfect, but it sure makes my life easier.
