Thank you Wayne,... I'm considering my legal moves right now.... it just costs a lot to go after something I really don't want to use at the moment.. If they use them without my permission,....say like sending them to publications and falsely filling out the photographer's documents,...then by all means,...or if they begin selling prints,....sure.... but she isn't getting the high res images from me, so the prints will look bad..... but then again,.... do I want to have someone seloing, or showing poorly printed pictures with my name on them..? I guess I will just wait and see,...but yes,... they are going to the LOC tomorrow for registration..
