unless the suppled modeling release which you signed included a copyright release You and not the model and certainly not her boyfriend owns the images. Serve her with a restraining order (to cease and desist welling your intellectual property), file the appropriate paper to register your copyright with the PTO (this allows you to better defend yourself and sets higher limits on damages then notify the agency and wright it off, or prosecute it once the copyright is filed if they object.
